(hereinafter “Company”) is providing this information pursuant to and in accordance with article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “GDPR”), relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, in order to make you aware of the purposes and methods used for processing any personal data you may provide when using this website (hereinafter “Site”).

It should be specified that this information refers to the Site only and not to third-party websites that the user may access via links contained herein.

PROCESSED DATA CATEGORIES

Navigation data

As part of their normal operation, the information systems and software procedures that run this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with the identified data subjects. However, by its nature it could be processed and associated with data held by third parties to identify the users. This data category includes the IP addresses and domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the website, the URIs (Uniform Resource Identifiers) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and user’s computing environment. These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistical information on site use and to ensure that it is operating correctly. They are erased immediately after processing.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses provided on the Site leads to the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is needed in order to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific information summaries are also featured or displayed in the sections of the Site offering particular services upon request and submitted to the data subject for his/her consent, if applicable.

You also have the right to withdraw consent given for processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the moment of withdrawal. What is more, you have the right to make a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
