This website (hereinafter “Site”) and all the services that are provided here (hereinafter “Services”) are not intended for minors under the age of 16 years old and HT S.p.A., as the controller (hereinafter “Company” or “Controller”), does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. You have the right (see arts. 15‒22 of the GDPR) to ask our Company for access to your personal data and to rectify them if they are inaccurate, erase them or restrict their processing if the necessary conditions are met, as well as to obtain portability for the data you have provided, but only if they are the object of automated processing based on your consent or on the contract.
You also have the right to withdraw consent given for processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the moment of withdrawal.
What is more, you have the right to make a complaint to the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
